Vision & Strategy
Workshop

What can vision and strategy do for your organization?

Vision and strategy must become part of the organization's leadership and operational ethos. The operating model and continuous improvement workshops describe how vision and strategy become imbued in the organization.

Vision - Defines the unique capabilities your enterprise will develop or acquire to make it competitively more valuable and compelling to your clients. The vision identifies what the organization is attempting to become and describes how it intends to increase its client value. A good vision enables clients to get something they want or need. A compelling vision inspires positive feelings by allowing clients to do something meaningful. The vision will guide the organization to produce unique and compelling value. Compelling value is based on one or more enablers: speed, convenience, cost, efficiency, capability, specialization, geography, status, security, etc.

Strategy - Your strategy is your approach and path toward achieving your vision. It could involve

geographic expansion, launching a new service, developing technology, M&A, or making a strategic hire. These actions and investments are intended to move the organization toward realizing its vision and building a competitive advantage.

Target Audience: Founders, C Suite Executives, Market Facing Product, Service and Geography Leaders.
